Enchanted Grove

Hidden in the many deep canyons that make up the Arizona Landscape are springs which create little islands of life in the otherwise barren desert. These shaded refuges are magnets for the plants and creatures of the arid landscape including bighorn sheep. While hiking through on of the many tributaries of the Grand Canyon I came across a family of bighorn sheep including his male and juvenile who was continuously harassing the older male by head butting his back side to get his attention in turn getting a forceful head but which only halted the juvenile's pestering momentarily before beginning once again.
